Gift Vault

Pre-Launch Privacy Notice

Gift Vault is currently in a private paused mainnet preparation stage.

There is no public asset intake, paid draw, custody transfer, payout, or live user account flow on this domain. This notice describes the limited purpose of the pre-launch site and the privacy principles that will govern the final service policy.

Pre-launch site data

The pre-launch pages are intended to provide the application identity and notices required by wallet software. Standard hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as IP address, device/browser characteristics, request time, and error or security logs to operate and protect the site.

Future live-service data

Before any public launch, the finalized privacy policy will identify the categories of data processed by the live Mini App and backend, the purposes of processing, retention, security controls, service providers, contact method, and applicable user rights. The final policy will also explain any handling of Telegram account identifiers, wallet addresses, payment and transaction references, Telegram-gift custody references, operational audit records, and support communications.

Data-minimization principle

Gift Vault’s production design should use only data needed to authenticate a requested action, verify a payment or custody event, maintain an auditable ledger, prevent abuse or duplication, provide an explicitly requested service, and meet applicable operational obligations. Sensitive secrets such as wallet mnemonics, private keys, access tokens, and Telegram session material must not be collected through public pages or stored in client-side application code.

Analytics

No production analytics or session-replay configuration is represented by this pre-launch notice. Any future analytics implementation must be documented in the finalized privacy policy, configured to exclude direct identifiers and financial/custody secrets, and reviewed before public activation.
